Our Commitment

Ground engineering projectProtecting our staff, our clients and the general public from harm is an essential part of our work, and every project begins with full consultation with our clients before embarking on a detailed site survey, bespoke risk assessments and job specific method statements prior to commencement on site.

We are committed to providing the best possible conditions where works are carried out safely with high levels of welfare and care for all workers on site. We expect and encourage co-operation from our entire workforce within a no blame culture on all the sites and encourage good practice in our method of working and emphatic limitation of risks throughout every site.

Our experienced and professional teams are fully aware of the statutory requirements under all Construction Industry Health & Safety legislation which are reflected in our Health and Safety Policy and culture on site. We demonstrably continuously plan, monitor and review our Health and Safety performance and maintain a strong Health and Safety proficiency within the company through appropriate and responsibility geared training, hazard awareness and CITB certification for all staff and accredited subcontractors.

Our Health and Safety Policy is audited and revised as necessary by external Health and Safety advisors who are also retained for site inspections. Our staff have carried out power-point presentations at internal and external presentations at our H&S advisors seminars achieving personal recognition and awards for outstanding personal achievement in H&S performance.

Our high standards are maintained by continually monitoring compliance and benchmarking performance through an established audit and inspection regime, undertaken by both external parties and our own team of safety, health and environmental professionals. All findings are reviewed at the highest level and where necessary changes are made to provide continual improvement

Installation of our retaining walls and structures is subject to safety assessment and testing of installed components prior to, during and after installation ensuring adequate strength and load bearing capability for design lives of up to 120 years.
